There is no charge to winners for Winner Portal access or for promotional coverage HTMA chooses to provide in connection with their recognition.
Special Notice to 2026 Horizon Winners
Horizon recognition is especially important to Honky Tonk Music Association because these honors recognize emerging and up-and-coming artists, musicians, singers and songwriters whose careers are continuing to develop.
Please pay close attention to every winner instruction, communication and deadline.
HTMA needs your current photographs, biography, music and performance links, representative information and other requested promotional materials so that we can properly identify, introduce and promote you as preparations continue for the 2026 Royal Inaugural Awards Ceremony.
Please do not assume HTMA already has your newest materials. Your information may have changed since your recognition was selected, and current materials are important for show production, industry communications, media coverage and promotional opportunities.
Your Contact Information Is Confidential
Private winner contact information is used to administer awards, communicate with recipients and provide applicable winner services.
Honky Tonk Music Association does not sell winner contact information.
Private information is separate from photographs, biographies, links and other promotional materials you voluntarily provide for publicity or editorial use.
Winner Deadlines Matter
When HTMA sends or publishes a response deadline, winners and their authorized representatives should respond by that deadline.
This is particularly important for paid performance opportunities, ceremony attendance, ticket allocations, production participation, interviews, promotional features and other time-sensitive opportunities.
Because the 2026 Royal Inaugural Awards Ceremony will be held in October, timely responses and materials are particularly important as HTMA completes production and ceremony preparations.
If HTMA does not receive a response by the stated deadline, we may need to move forward with the next available eligible winner in the selection process so production can continue.
Missing a deadline does not take away an award already won. It may simply mean that the particular time-sensitive opportunity can no longer be held open.
IMPORTANT — SHIPPING ADDRESS REQUIRED FOR MAILED AWARDS
If you expect HTMA to mail your certificate, trophy or other physical award materials, we must have a valid mailing or shipping address.
You may provide your own address or another secure shipping address where you want your materials delivered.
If HTMA does not have a valid shipping address, we cannot mail physical award materials to you.
Your shipping information is maintained as confidential winner information and is not sold to third parties.

Winner registration is only the beginning of the preparation process.
Please read every HTMA email, text message and winner instruction carefully and respond within the deadlines provided.
This is especially important for 2026 Horizon winners and other recipients being considered for performances, appearances, interviews, promotional features, credentials, tickets and related ceremony opportunities.
If required information or materials are not received by a stated deadline, HTMA may have to move to another available winner or participant for that specific opportunity so production can continue.
